Are Pets allowed at the Bayou Beer Festival?

We love pets too, however Southdown Plantation and their insurance does not allow pets on the premises. You can of course bring a Vet if you have one!

How do the tickets work?

Tickets can be purchased in advance with discounts or at the event, and then redeemed for drinks. Unlike other events, ALL SAMPLES are 1 Ticket ... we don't charge you more for the "good stuff"

If you are not drinking, then join us for the day ... only those who have tickets can drink, and there is music and food!

In the event of rain, we will stay high and dry under the spacious Pavilion at Southdown. Of course, it never rains in Houma, Louisiana!

It's always sunny and beautiful in Houma, Louisiana. What, are you kidding us? It'll be fine! NO, really ... tomorrow's weather looks AMAZING!

Yes, we will have several local vendors offering a variety of festival foods.

Can I bring in outside drinks and food?

No, this is a fundraiser and we appreciate your consideration for supporting our veterans.

What about parking?

How do you monitor underage drinking?

A.

Only those 21 and over are allowed to enter the festival.

Is the event family friendly?

A.

Recent changes in the law as mandated by the Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission has caused us to limit the event to those 21 and over.

Can I bring in folding chairs or blankets?

A.

Yes, there will be great music, so more reason to make yourself comfortable.
